Do you struggle with the feeling of being good enough? Today, you know, we had a busy day with my son who plays football, he actually had a doubleheader today. And I watch my son and his team go through an array of emotions you’ll see there, you know, essentially our son, my son’s team are 11 and 12 years old and they’re playing up the next age group like 14 year old kids, and the teams they play today we’re all head and shoulders. Size wise, speed wise athleticism, at this age, almost like grown men. You know, like they’re in their five foot stage, whereas these kids were like, 5’7” to 5’11”, consistently across the board. And, you know, it was amazing to watch the emotions go on. And you know, it reminded me of our business or our businesses, you know, in that little voice of doubt that can sometimes creep in. Do you have that voice of doubt? Sometimes, like, what if it doesn’t work? What if I’m not good enough? And then sometimes you have to get that other voice? What if it does work? Right? And what can we do to make it better? And so the coaches myself, you know, we coach the kids up and yeah, they got beat today, and they got beat pretty handily. And the amazing part is, you know, is in your niche and your industry right now, whatever industry you’re in, whether you’re a local business, a service business, your coach or consultant, advisor, whatever it might be, think about how commoditized you feel, or how crowded do you feel that your niche is right now? I mean, today, the opportunity for the little guy can be amazing if you know how to work with it if you know how to navigate the terrain, so to speak, because the other side of it is, there can be a sense of, I’m not good enough, or I don’t have the right opportunities, because there’s just so many opportunities today.

So I want to introduce you to three simple steps for you to immediately stand out from the crowd to dominate your industry in your particular niche, whether you’re local, if you’re a service business, if you’re a consultant, if you’re a coach, and a whole lot more. Now, let me speak to the elephant in the room. We might be meeting for the first time. My name is Dan Kuschell, I’m the founder of a company called Breakthrough3x. I’ve had 11 companies over 30 years and had my fair share of successes and some failures along the way. I bought companies, sold companies. We’ve been very blessed at that, but I’ve also crashed a couple companies. Now one the key things is like, how do you position yourself to stand out from the crowd? Have you ever asked yourself that, like, you know, the reality is, is if you know you’re struggling with your positioning or you’re struggling with your packaging, or you’re struggling to get clients because of competition in your marketplace, there’s a solution that you even as the little guy can take advantage of today. And it’s so much easier than maybe you’ve been led to believe, if you just simply put a couple key things in place. And I want you to imagine like, what if you had an ability to use some of the simple tools available to us today, where you could position yourself, you could package yourself as the go-to choice, the dominant choice in your niche, and you were able to generate more clients, more referrals, far more effortlessly. So I want to introduce you to a couple key concepts to be able to do that because if you put this in place, it will help you do that so much quicker and easier. And so here are the three steps. Number one is you want to use value in your marketplace, you want to be thinking, How can I add value into the marketplace? And an easy way to be able to do this, has been around for, you know, 30, 40 years is the idea of using education-based marketing, education-based branding, or combination of the two education-based marketing and education-based branding. Well, what is that? Well think of it in terms of what you’re watching right now, or if you’re listening right now, which is simply putting value nuggets out in the marketplace for your potential ideal clients, right? You know, it could be a video, could be an audio, it could be a guide, it could be a checklist, a number of simple little tools that you can make available, you could do follow up with your client. So the one I want to speak to directly, although the blueprint the formula for this works, whether it’s a video or an audio or a checklist or tool a case might be. Because it’s simple. So its value first. Its education-based branding or education-based marketing.

And right, it’s then leveraging. So number three is leveraging it, like getting it out into the marketplace. Do you realize that literally, you could take a video like this or an audio like this or a guide or a checklist, and literally, you could run some simple ads on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, several platforms for as little as a penny to two pennies per view. We have clients that we’ve worked with, and you could do this and set it up yourself as well, where you could go out and take a video piece like this and get tens of thousands of views a day, or a week or a month just depending on your situation. We’ve got clients right now that we’re working with like a client we’ve worked with in the past in the service business, we literally not because you might say hey, let me switch to another elephant. You might go, I’m no good on camera, I’m not comfortable putting my face, I don’t want to be a guru. I don’t want to be the face of the business. So we’ve had clients where we worked with them, where we created basically a 30-second to two-minute, essentially education piece. We scripted it, put some graphics in it, we got someone else to do the voiceover. And sometimes we’ve done it without voiceover. We’re literally that video piece. We’ve done this local, we’ve done it for global brands, we’ve done it for national brands, and then ran video ads through social media and these different types of platforms. And those videos have gotten hundreds and hundreds of thousands of views. Well, if you’re a local business, for example, and you want to be the dominant choice, you could run this ad to your potential perfect clients, or even people you’ve had come into your business or people who registered for something of yours in the past, and put this in front of them over and over and over again, or different nuggets. And here’s the key to think about, it’s not one value piece. It’s a series The way we think teach it, the way we recommend it is the idea of creating your miniseries content. It’s a miniseries of fact or chains in a chain link. In today’s economy, years ago, when I got started in direct response marketing, which is all the way back in the late 80s, with a direct mail company with TV and radio mix, then literally you could run one ad and it was like throwing a match at a log and you catch a fire back then, in my opinion, not that it was easy, but there were certain aspects that were a little easier. Whereas today, it’s more of a long play, where the long-term relationship, the relationship capital, really plays a valuable role. So how much value do you want to add to your marketplace? Do you want to put one piece out a month? Well, if you’re putting out one piece a month and your competition is putting one a day out, who’s going to be the dominating force? Well, literally for a couple pennies a day You can be putting out video nuggets or audio nuggets or you know, check out several other different types of pieces for pennies a day to get out there to thousands and thousands of people, per view, right? It’s so much simpler than you’ve been led to believe.

Now you might go, well, Dan, on top of not being someone I want to be on camera, right, You go, Okay, well, I get the idea. But what do I say? Like, how am I going to put out all this value? A simple way is to think about this. What are the top 10 questions that your clients are struggling with or facing? Like I opened this up with, you know, the idea of thinking you’re good enough, right, which I tied on to the backhoe story of my son, which was his football team today. Right? How simple is that? Right now we actually have a tool that we created four plus years ago that we call our Video Script Generator. I’ve been using this, you know, having now done over 1000 interviews on our podcasts. I had a radio show dating all the way back in the early 2000s, 2001. So I’ve had it for close to 20 years and I originated this way back then. And it’s evolved over time. And this version has now again been revised. But the newer version, we really got a crystallization about four, four and a half, five years ago. And here’s the thing, I don’t want to tease you with something like this. If you like the idea of going, Yeah, Dan, I’d like to be the authority. I’d like to be the dominating choice. I’d like to position and package my business. And I’d like to look at the idea of using like a video format and put these nuggets or put the miniseries idea in place. But I’d really love to know what to say to clients or how to say it. Well, I’d like to give you this tool. We typically reserved this for our high, our private clients that we work with. But I’d like to test this out. And if you think it would be of value, it’s going to be really simple. I don’t even have an opt-in page setup for this right now. So the way to do it is if you actually type or type a comment down below, and then we’ll have someone on our team reach out to you, that would be one way. Now by the way, you might go Well, I’m not going to do it. Well, if you’re doing podcasts, you’re doing video, audio, this works if you’re creating, for example, a checklist or a guide, the format works, right. You know, you start with the introduction, the big problem, you go to the big promise, you go to the bio, you know, like your credibility, and there’s seven steps, including calls to action, case studies and testimonials that are built in. So literally, I spent three to five minutes preparing for this segment. And obviously today, I’m a little bit faster and better than before, but I’d like to give this to you.

So if you’d like to look at positioning yourself, packaging yourself being the dominant choice, the three steps that we talked about. Number one, add value in the marketplace. Number two, use the idea of education-based marketing, education-based branding, we’re going to call that one even though you might go well, that’s two. And number three is then run video ads to it, It gives you leverage. In other words, how do you leverage it and video ads are a very simple way because it literally can be as little as pennies dollars on these different platforms, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and more. And, again, speaking to that bigger issue, you might go, I just need to know I have to have a formula of what to say and how to say it. Well, guess what, I want to give you this tool for a limited time, you know, we may pull it off, pull it unavailable. And here’s the thing. And I shared this with my son today in his game because I can see it as I have that little bit of glossed over his little, he’s looking at these kids, they were giants like these kids were five, eight to six-foot actually, they had one kid six foot two. And this is both teams. And our whole team was smaller than every player on their team. And yet we stayed competitive. And it’s good experience, in our opinion, playing up, playing up the competition, and said, Hey, don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Don’t be afraid to go out there and get beat today because it’s not necessarily just about today. And we shared with them, you are good enough. Go out there and do your best. Put it all out on the field.

You have what it takes. And in today’s day and age, the little guy can surpass the big companies, because many of them get too lazy, they get promiscuous with their budgets on spending dollars on ads and, and branding type things that don’t produce results. This is one of those tools, one of these resources, where you can position yourself, package yourself in a simple way. You put value in the marketplace in a miniseries, you use education-based branding and marketing, and you can leverage it by using the tools that are available today with something like video ads. And now, there’s no more excuse of what to say, when to say it, how to say it, because we’ve given you a tool to be able to do that.
