How To Get More Clients With Video
Do you ever struggle with what to create as far as videos go, what to say, who to say it to or how to structure them? This segment is all about how to get more clients with video. Plus, we’re going to introduce two simple ways for you to do video. What to say? How to say it? At the end of the day, why is this critically important? How important do you think a video is going to be for your business moving forward? There have been certain reports that suggest that video has a five times greater conversion rate impact in an ability to make a difference than static pages alone. Video is one of the fastest-growing segments of putting out content, sales, conversion models and a whole lot more. We want to share with you how you can do this right. The problem is most people haven’t been trained in how to be able to do video or maybe we get a little nervous. If you’re anything like me, I was shy, quiet and introverted. I wasn’t comfortable. I had a tendency to be self-conscious.
The idea of doing a video for the first time was something I struggled with. Like anything, we get better with practice. I want to show you a couple of simple ways that you can do this. What do you think it might be costing you if your competition is going to put out a video and you don’t? On the other hand, what if you get ahead of your competition and you start creating simple little video content? I’m going to share with you some simple ways that you can do that. The solution is simple.Video is one of the fastest-growing segments of putting out content, sales, conversion models, and a whole lot more. - Dan Kuschell Click To Tweet
We’re going to give you our video generator checklist. In fact, we’re going to walk you through it so you can see how simple it is. Let me speak to the elephant in the room too. The truth is this video generator tool, we didn’t invent all of it. What we did is we studied hundreds and hundreds of the most successful videos, sales messages, infomercials in history from some of the top experts in the world. People like Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, Brendon Burchard, T. Harv Eker, Carleton Sheets, Robert Allan, the list goes on and on. We’re going to introduce you to the video generator checklist. The video makes it easy for you. We’re using this.Share what’s important to you and address some of the fears, dangers, insecurities, and more that go along with it. - Dan Kuschell Click To Tweet
Let me go ahead and walk you through how simple this can be for you starting now. When you get started, the first step is you want to ask the big question, “Do you struggle with? Are you worried about? Do you wonder how or why?” You want to lead with something of a question, “Have you ever been in a place where you struggled with or had a problem with or worried about it?” That’s step one. Next, what is your big promise as it relates to the topic that you’re going to cover? What you can do is add in your bio, your credibility. You share why you’re sharing this. You share why it’s important to you. Ideally addressing some of the fears, dangers, insecurities and more that go along with it. We get into the actual strategy itself like what we’re doing. Imagine what if video, you could get comfortable with it.
You’ve got certainty with it. You had a checklist to follow like this in an easy, simple way. Let’s talk about some of the misconceptions. Many times, we use this by saying, “Let me speak to the elephant in the room. Let me address some of the myths or misunderstandings of what’s going on in the industry.” Does that lead to what it will do for you? Here’s what you’ll get from it. Here’s what it means for you. Here’s what it does for you or gives you. You walk through the actual framework itself. When you’re at the end of a segment, a session, or a message, one of the big things that most people forget to do is what’s called the Call to Action. Some people get hung up on a call to action. It’s essentially this, “Here’s what we’ve got, here’s what it will do for you and here’s what to do next.” It’s simple. You can go through this checklist and see some of the different statements, framing, messages that you can use, “If you think of it, if you’re looking for a way to,” and then fill in the blank of your promise to go deeper, “then do this. Here’s what we’ve got. Here’s what it’ll do for you. Here’s what to do next.” This, by the way, was a framework I learned originally from a guy named John Carlton. He’s one of the smartest copywriting minds in the world. If you don’t know what copywriting is, no big deal, but he’s one of the best in the world at helping people craft messages. That’s a tool.Get excited to do videos because they're much easier than you think. - Dan Kuschell Click To Tweet
You might say, “Dan, where can I use this?” You can use this checklist that we walked you through with quick videos. You can use it for things like webinars, interviews and podcasts. I’ve got a stack of these that I fill out before interviews, podcasts and webinars. This five-minute tool is incredible. It gives you confidence, certainty, the ability to have clarity of what you’re going to focus on, why and a whole lot more in a simple way. It’s not like a script per se. It’s an outline and gives you the flexibility to be able to use it in a powerful way and get results.
Here are some tools that you can use to make it much simpler and easier. Number one, how do you record? You can use a webcam. You can use your phone. If you have a fancy-schmancy setup, you can also use cameras. You can use a tool like Zoom to record it, do screen sharing. You can use something called BeLive.com or StreamYard.com. These are amazingly simple tools that anyone can use with no tech background or tech setup. Next, use the checklist that we walked you through. Those seven steps work, they are proven to work. They will work for you if you use them. Next, you post your videos. Here’s a bonus tip number five. If you’re going to do edits, maybe you’re not an editor. There are all kinds of platforms to be able to do this, but you can use a tool like Vidchops.com or a company like that where you get your video, you send it to them, you tell them what you want to be edited and they get it back to you. You can do as many as one video a day for a small fee per month overall or one a week or a couple of months.
Here are your action steps from this segment and I encourage you to get excited to do videos. They’re much easier than you think. Your third video is going to be better than your first. Your 100th video will be better than your third. Your 1,000th will be better than your 100th. You’ve got to take that first step. I encourage you to embrace the idea of using video. Make it easy on yourself. Use the checklist we walked you through. It’s super simple and you might be saying, “Dan, you went through that quick.” One, you can come back to the session. Number two, if you want to get the checklist, here’s a simple way to go about it and/or if you want help, not just structuring your message but structuring your offer so you convert more clients, convert more sales and/or you build a model that helps you get a steady flow of clients without it being predicated on you. You’re looking for a way to have an automated sales and marketing system bringing you leads every day or clients every single day or multiple clients every day even better. Take the first step. You can go to BreakthroughStrategyCall.com.Your hundredth video will be better than your third, but you got to take that first step. - Dan Kuschell Click To Tweet
